What shipped, this week

Shipped validation v0.4. Invoice rejection rate down from 9% → 0 across 47 design-partner invoices. First two paid seats in the 24h after launch.
Two warm intros from a Cohort 01 sync — early conversations, nothing signed yet. That's the one I owe the house for.
Pointed ThinkOrca at my own channel this week — scored 40 drafts against what actually landed. The model beat my gut on 31 of them. v1 ships Friday.

Public pilot opens in June. The routing model needs a few thousand more logged incidents before I'm comfortable.
Schism now pulls crypto, stocks and prediction markets into one feed, read by your own AI agent. First traders live this week. Quiet round — wanting runway, not a headline.
First agents are moving real money through HiggsPay this week — micro-payments settling on Solana in under a second. Self-serve onboarding ships next sprint; the signup friction was the real bottleneck.
